The Impulsive Macd which tends to more smoothly reflect price is Tightly wound up on the zero line. from previous experience when its going alone the zero line like this then breaks up like it has it signals a very bullish indicator. had a couple decent days of buying recently to support this and likely people trying to get as many shares at this price as possible. Not trying to ramp but id say if we have any sort of decent announcement surrounding contracts that were in tender, this could break through previous highs easily and test $1.00
