You are far from being 'mad and irrational', imo.
Clearvue, imo, is already a winner. The question is how big of a winner it is and how far north its share price is gonna go in the future...
The stock is pretty much de-risked and I see it the same way as you do - subject to available funds, it only makes sense to top-up whenever there are bigger drops in stock price. This could actually be one of the last opportunities to do so, if you ask me.
