It would be great if the uplisting to the OTCQX was announced prior to the announcement of sales.
This would ensure the sales news and ultimately awareness of the company finally cuts through in the US investor market.
This would in effect translate into increased US ownership, improvement of stock liquidity and enhancement of shareholder value.
I'm sure the company has this plan in mind!
