i dont see why people are saying a CR at .50 puts a floor on the price. I see countless examples of stocks trading sub CR price post-trading halt lifted.
I would also add that to me this is telling us that they have no imminent contracts agreed - if they did I think they would have waited
AND if this is for a global roll out then I think we might be getting ahead of ourselves, i would rather some tangible milestones be achieved before we step on the gas.
I dont like this news one bit - i'm starting to loose the faith here.
