If I may ask - what big players do you have in mind when you say that and what do think their motive is. Are you saying that there are big buyers who are somehow depressing the SP so as to give them the opportunity to buy big at far lower prices? Because in my view that is fantasy - any serious institution that wanted to take a big stake in CPV would have participated in the CR where they could have got their desired size done
