not sure what all the fuss is about. they raised 4 million, and 2 million SPP.
We know that 600k of that went to BOD so that leave 5.4 mill or 10.8 million shares max free float.
Pretty safe to assume the funds and sophs that participated arent going to buy at 50c and dump for small gains. There will obviously be a few as always but not the full assignment of new shares.
With all of that, this sell down is on the worry of an extra 4% of shares on the register? Seems like a bit of an over reaction to me.
I'm sure those buying at these levels are happy to scoop up everyone that is scared
