Looks like Chuck picked up 200,000 @ 50c in the recent SPP Patmel .
Options that were a part of that ( 1 for 3 ratio ) = 66,667 conv price @ 75c expiry June 2026 .
Yes $100,000 to the Company for the F/P Ord Shares .
When Options converted aprox $50k also to the Company if done by June 2026 .
