Smart move. It appears that Martin and Chuck have a well-conceived strategy. I am a proponent of the "walk before you run" methodology. I agree it is prudent to start with smaller projects to maintain quality control, as any initial setbacks could undermine confidence in the marketplace. Gradual expansion following the success of these smaller jobs is a logical and sensible approach.
