Shares were sold on market to investors over a period of time to raise the last funds. Those 7 million shares are used as collateral in case the company does not use the facility over the prescribed period and any shares sold are offset against that collateral.
From my understanding Alpha only get a 6% fee for selling shares on market and that’s it and that’s pretty much in-line with all ATM Facilities.
