Martin states in the interview we are a Technology Co with the onus on sales being placed on the Manufacturers and Licensees so hence why our Opex is kept to a minimum. The business model pretty much protects the Co from large Capex or Opex expenditure - Just look at Ubiquitous (one of our previous competitors) as an example where the Co wants to be a one stop producer and seller of their product - end result they went bankrupt because of very large Capex and Opex costs.
