No big player would order big without proof of concept, this partnership could be a very good earner with little risk given the simple modular home designs prefabulous have on offer.
We are only coming out of our cocoon from being an R&D company and therefore these little projects just help build momentum. I love the fact this opportunity can open up so many doors with other prefab companies not only in the domestic market but also internationally.
As for cash burn you pay peanuts you get monkeys so I do think you need quality to lead this company to becoming a fully fledged global player and Martin and Chuck we have the right people to get the job done.
