I understand the current product has a lifespan of circa 20 years. As a building owner/developer considering the product (and shareholder seeking to invest further) I would be wanting to know what the replacement cost of the window system is after the lifespan.

Is it an entire complete retrofit of the window system installed in your building? (i.e if the window system initially cost you $1M to install in your building, would you need to fork out another $1M in 20 years time, and so on?)

Or is just a percentage cost replacement of the the window system (i.e you need to replace the solar cells at 10% of the window system cost, therefore it could cost in the vicinity of $100k after 20 years and so on).

Does anyone know the answer to this?

If the ongoing replacement cost is significant, I imagine it might become more appealing to building owners/developers to invest in other net zero solutions that have a longer life span - even if the initial upfront cost is at a premium in comparison to the ClearVue product.
