Given the IP has no current competition, I'd say fair value for that without any contracts is over $100 million alone. Solar Windows ran to over a billion on their float to market. they were two years off a marketable product.
Unless you're new to the market which is quite possible, you'll understand that it prices in potential upside. With the partnerships and licensing agreements in place, that's where I get my $150 million from.
