the offer is not good for nqm shareholders, we will be diluted to almost zero in the course of the coming months if the t/o is sucessful. CQT needs to raise money like hell. Pjanigo is a cash cow and a beaty in itself paying significant divies. I don't want to be part of this diluting thing.
