As per above release, CQT have just declared their offer for NQM unconditional.
Given the acceptance by NQM director Don Walker of his 21% stake (and presumably some other NQM shareholders) I'm wondering if this effectively renders the HSK bid dead in the water?
One thought: despite CQT bid being declared unconditional I believe it is still possible for both CQT and HSK bids to fail to get a controlling interest?
Can anyone clarify these 2 questions pls?
And/or any thoughts on the impact on the HSK sp if in fact their bid has been quashed?
