Going against the grain a bit here, but thanks for passing on that information; I shall wait and see before condemning or praising you. Be it on your head if you are wrong though!!
Not sure about the legalities on a post like that but I guess if we do genuinely hear something like that from someone we believe we can trust, then that's another matter entirely don't you think?
