The problem CQT face is that even if they get the NQM deal over the line. HSK has 10% of NQM and 40% of Pajingo and believe me there is no love lost between Jake and HSK boys thus CQT end up with half an asset. I imagine Jake is going to have to pay overs for HSK to cough the 40%of Pajingo.
