    Apologies lads. However 604 did state 10% and I did put in disclaimer that I wasnt sure what happens post lapse. However my main point is, if CQT succeeds, they still have the problem of the JV with a hostile partner. I hope the third party comes along and put an offer on the table for not only NQM but also the 40% HSK own
