    If they believe in CQT, this is a perfect arbitrage opportunity for Acorn (or any other deep-pocketed and brave arbitrageur):

    > At this instant, CQT is trading at $0.425 ==> their NQM offer is worth $0.425/2 = $0.2125 + $0.15 cash = $0.3625

    > NQM is trading at $.0.34.

    So, that's a 6.2% profit at current prices, if they think CQT's a good stock to get into.
