i have completed some research on a majority of ASX listed gold stocks that i have been following of late and im interested to hear some thoughts about where the share price of CQT is heading.....just briefly, my gold pick back in septmeber 09 was PRU and relative to other gold stocks i found this the most undervalued, however this was when PRU was 85c, its now almost double and i think opportunities now lie elsewhere...id now like to do a brief comparison between PRU now and CQT....

PRU $1.54, $467m MC with 2.5m ounces of gold reserves and another 2m ounces in resources and growing...they have two major gold projects in africa and feas studies have been complete...they are not far away from production..they have around 35m cash at bank i think and a small amount of debt, correct me if in wrong but i think they will be producing around 200k ounces on an annualized basis from mid 2010...

CQT $0.58, $180m MC with about 2.8m ounces in reserves with two major projects in Australia(already a positive over PRU)...DFS for silver hill due this month and 65m cash raised to fully fund mt carlton project until production, im not sure what annual targets are for cqt...they also have copper and silver deposits...

in conclusion, pru is prob 6-12 months ahead in terms of site works and construction but cqt are ramping up their construction works soon and production is not that far away either....as i said before this is a brief summary and this comparison needs more depth however so far you could conclude that CQT is undervalued relative to PRU and a SP correction is due soon just like it was with pru in september....so my opinion currently is that a correction towards $1 for CQT is quite possible and thus, i am increasing my holding in CQT today....cheers, extra info and comments are appreciated, happy investing.
