Believe it or not i posted before i had read the ann about AGS coming on board but it would appear that i am not far out
SRf dont recall mentioning anything about the Co losing anything or 1 pip for that matter what i did mention was .005 above oppi conversion amounting to $1.89 mil for zero risk not a bad investment if you ask me
Did you read the bit about the investor buying into Co on the cheap which is exactly what has happened hear we were sold down to to accommodate the $25mil loan IMHO
I have only briefly looked at the ANN but it does make mention of the $25mil
And what of the 7.5 mil unsecured anybody got any details on that any more surprises coming from left of field on this one.
I have not read the Ann fully will look at it later in detail
