They need to explain fully the money is to….. fast track to extend and expand this exciting discovery with extra rigs at Julimar and Pyramid Hill or words to that effect...

This announcement will determine the mettle of CHN management IMO

If it is good….. believed by the market and extensive the share price will rise – maybe not on the day but soon afterwards
If it is a lazy announcement with fat fed Directors sitting back believing their future is assured for at least the next 12 months then it will fall
