Company still has the 13,280,376 options 93% held by Top Twenty worth $2.6million with the expiry date 31 January 2011, no doubt they would like to get over the line.
Would have thought if their is to be a CR it would be later rather than sooner and some form of positive news would be appropriate prior to the End of January .

Certainly appears like heads are not being allowed to close lower than $0.24c, logically this would have to remain at that figure or higher for options to be taken onboard.
