Nah, BGS investors wouldn't be that petty minded.
With the CR, it now answers my question from the 28/2/2014 as to who has been selling down the stock in closing auctions.
New shares can only be issued at a max. of 25% discount, therefore the DELIBERATE depression of the SP.
Don't know if BGS has reached its 15% placement limit as yet, should say they have/haven't, then everyone would show me the actual %, saving me the trouble of looking.
Had another read of the CR trading halt.
Looks to me like it is Sprott and his merry men calling the shots.
'Received further commitments' doesn't sound like a normal statement in relation to a CR.
