Newspapers may be phased out of physical print in the coming years, but are most likely to be produced for electronic interfaces such as tablet pc's etc where they will still be making a decent revenue stream. However, their FSNROE for the next 3 years is estimated by myclime.com.au to be only 15% p.a compared to previous years of 150%, giving WAN an intrinsic value of only $4.20 at present, so if you are thinking of accumulating below the $5.20 mark, maybe you should wait a little while longer when prices are closer to intrinsic value?
