SHs would like to know and get convinced that
- MM is communicating clearly about the good progress being made
- MM is seeking funding by partnership with Gilead without any CR at all
MM et al. have been used to maintaining luxyry life on SHs' and Tax payers' money in the name of commercial in confidence.
We need a big player like Gilead moving forward to lead the biotron technology to commercial tangible success. MM et al. are not capable for commercial success.
Just CRs years after years are giving them blank cheques to buy time for them to be on pay without showing any commercial tangible success.
MM et al. need to bring potential partner like Gilead to move forward as a proof of their (mm et al.) genune effort for commercial success. Gilead upon acquiring 45% stake in Biotron can sit on the Biotron board and steer the commercialisation in articulation with MM.
MM et al. need to discuss with the SHs the amount of shares Gilead can purchase and the price per share for Gilead to acquire 45% stake on Biotron.
CR is not what we're after.
