They have received the results from the 3rd party, there are a number of staff with degrees in their field who should be able to have this data ready to present to investors before the CR. I think the "missed projections" argument has been and gone, it's now in their hands, if the results are good there is no reason for them not to release a well put together press release saying here are our findings from the phase 2 human trials, now let us raise credit to the tune of 30,000,000 diluting shares and options rather than 70,000,000 because we know how to run a business.

if the results are good there is no reason for them not to release well-articulated press release convincing all with their their findings from the phase 2 human trials, disclose that the Gilead is keen to take the whole company at $0.77/s and loyalty fee subject to the approval fo the SHs disclose that the Gilead can depoly its resoruces to get the BIT225 Phase 3 done much quicker disclose that Gilead's payment for licensing and/or royalty fee is way more than the competitors disclose that MM will be rewarded with a privilege to sit on the Gilead board ....
