4 weeks is nothing for a clinical trial. The efficacy of mc in epilepsy is already clearly established by lots of studies and trials done by companies which is why everybody is jumping on the bandwagon. It should be about demonstrating long term safety more then whether it works or not. Definitely not a game changer.
