well same old story - good news and not so good news...
less than 50% subscriptions but shortfall taken up by applications plus a few more
so bottom line is PEK gets the $ in it wanted but big message from lots of holders that the wallet may have been tapped for the last time unless the SP appreciates and some bloody good news emerges and soon.
SP grimly hanging onto the 6c so no opportunity for "stags" there any more.
hopefully that MOU will firm up soon
