I don't know that an oversubscription of less than 10% can be described as "plenty" of demand - to my eye, it looks like the capital raising well is pretty much dry, or very close to it. But, on the plus side, the company has the capital it needs to get through the next stage of development; with a little luck, that will suffice to get us through to a funding agreement.

As for producing a concentrate to reduce capex, I'm okay with it - provided that the plan is to build up to producing a more fully refined product as money allows.
