    A case of buyer beware.

    Click private seller sells to public listed company.

    ACCC enquiry started just when Amaysim bought click or before it did.

    Click Energy owners probably knew ACCC was coming. Hence decided to sell out to AYS.

    AYS having little industry knowledge decided to buy the house in foreign lands will little knowledge of the changing landscape in the neighborhood.

    Someone did mention owners of Click maybe keen to sell their shares in AYS. Probably rightly so when AYS is driving a lemon down the wrong path.
