anything is possible W8 but it would be unwise if contract/s are not far off. better to raise after good news with minimum dilution. if we cap raise now it would indicate to me that contracts are a way off. that would be somewhat conradictory to Matts brr.
that said, the share market never ceases to amaze so who knows?
