In my view, there is no better time to raise capital now. CXO is investing money in VTEM surveys in other projects rather than commencing drilling in NT as stated in Dec 2013.
CXO was very tight with cash in Dec 2013 and would even be much tighter after VTEM survey in Roxby project. Over and above administrative expenses such as wages/salary of directors and other staff.
It appears to me that CXO would raise CR soon.
