this was always on the cards, to be seen positively by SERIOUS investors not just pip hunters and to transform from a small driller to a small medium producer a consolidation had to happen either now or soon would also suggest the funding has something to do with the timing ,i wouldn't be suprised if they have a cornerstone investor interested but is bauking at the amount of shares on issue time will tell,positives and negatives as always with these things
