they should never say never, stupid. life is fluid, what is right one day can be wrong the next. we should remember this also. Price of oil fall/trend must have hardened the debt deal, my guess is they need a few more wells paid for my shareholders/debt free first before there is enough free cash flow for bankers requirements. So expect a CR anywhere between 1 and 1.2c imo. But who knows...it could all be different tomorrow : )
