I agree with you @surfarosa, this Board doesn't do anything without careful thought and calculation. I feel sure this CR was pitched in part, to reward long term investors who share their vision. Whatever else unfolds, this has been one of my most interesting and rewarding investments on many levels. We're getting to the pointy end now... the next 6 month will have us on the edge of our chairs!!
