Yes , I would be very peeved if I bought into Patos dump.You can imagine the wall now at 10c with the "sophisticated" investors taking their 25%.As for the timing I suspect that with rigs in lock up the 3rd quarter was a drain on funds -the quarterly report is due on 27th of April offer closes on 26th .All this is not a criticism of management as pointed out they have done well to get this far without massive dilution .lets make this the last CR.At least we have some time up our sleeves to watch developments before committing more funds which is more than Patos clients do
