Just had time to get to a PC and read some stuff (worst wedding present!!)
So, assuming they're only raising a small amount (~$3M?) then this would be a good sign as they would believe AVQ to be in a position shortly to sustain itself through operational cashflow. Also, don't want to dilute more then necessary (we know that all too well with AVQ )
I see many people looking to exit - I suspect the company realises this and has stronger hands waiting to buy up at lower prices.
At the end of the day, the SIG is the real culprit here as to why we're not proceeding just yet. Seems like all the 'i's are dotted and 't's crossed!
Very frustrating, but not a bad announcement.
Lets see what carrots / good news they also release.
