Long ago I was sent down from Canberra to work on a project which was using up considerable resources.

On a wall in the office was a a picture of a big fish eating little fish and in turn an even bigger fish eating the big fish.

Now to the probem:

If the big fish doesn't eat enough little fish, then it won't be big and fat enough for the bigger fish.

The SIG landowners are surely peeved as, even though they may get 20%, the question arises as to 20% of what.

For this and other patently apparent reasons I believe RM's days are numbered and that he has run out of welcome.
