I agree this is one sided but they needed cash in a hurry so the investors got a sweetheart deal. Shares at a big discount and free options at less than the current price and over 3 1/2 years to exercise them. I sure hope the options are in the money within that time frame. Talk about a license to print money! If and when there is a SPP for us lowly shareholders it will be at a much higher price (I hope.. as that would mean we have seen an increase in value). Will have to wait and see if the new investors are long term or after a quick buck. Next couple of months will be very interesting!
