the will need cash for phase 3 (50 ++) which also will probably trigger a milestone payment (10-20 mill). Then possibly a row or 2591 deal also (50-60 mill). The rest of funds to boost the coffers
ST is right acadia chew cash like it’s going out of fashion
unless there is a script component plus milestone there is not enough for a t/o
