Why are people thinking they will do a cap raise??? They have $200m in undrawn debt facilities (and $200m in drawn debt) and most of the CAPEX for Nova is almost done. There is another six months before it fully ramps up but after that IGO will be generating hundreds of millions in free cash flow a year.
They are a good chance to be net cash by the end of the 2018 financial year and should have a few hundred million in the bank by the end of 2019. Unless they do an acquisition there is just no need what so ever for a cap raise.
