I fail to understand why people endorse moves that cost them money.
The cap raising for EKA decimated the share price and it still hasn't recovered to where it was before the program despite the good news on the wells.
The ADI share price has been knocked back and cost the shareholders TWICE what was raised and also diluted the small shareholder as well.
Are people really happy with that?
The whole cap raisingfor both EKA and ADI stinks from a timing point and add in the timing and release of information and it stinks even more.
People also stated that there was a quick need for funds. I totally disagree. EKA raised in March. Not a peep about new wells since then.
ADI had some $5 million on the books and no news about new wells. Wasn't the $5 million enough ? If not, then they aren't releasing material information about the 'new' program.
What happened in 2009 has nothing to do with the current cap raising either.
