Interesting as I did read in a previous Announcement that the mill upgrade will be paid for by shares to the mill builder/contractor?
If my maths is right then 9 mill dollars for the upgrade will equate to 1.8 billion shares at the current SP. Definitely not a cheap exercise to upgrade.
By the DDD timeline they are aiming for the mill to be operational by end 2021.
