For those concerned about the shareholder dilution resulting from this capital raising there is a simple calculation that should convince you all that it is absolutely minimal.
Working in round figures in millions only:
Issued Shares 770
Held shares 77 = 10%
Issued Shares 770
New Issue 60
Total Issued 830
Held Shares 77 = 9.2771%
The dilution is only .7229 of 1%
What everyone is getting confused about is the possible impact on the Share Price as compared to what their holding in the company actually represents.
If the value of the company goes down everyone will suffer but your your holding as a percentage interest in the company remains as outlined above until the next capital raising.
The dilution is insignificant.
