The problem with opening the CR to all shareholders is that in the majority of cases, there is a rush to take easy, early profits. So the share price suffers for the short term at least.
If these "sophisticated" investors really are sophisticated, it would be nice to think they will have sense enough to see past the short term and hold on to their shares while the compnay realises its full potential.
Unfortunately, it's not always the case. Sophistication is determined by how much money you earn or how much money you have.
I suppose money can buy sophistication, but not necessarily foresight.
Lets hope this bunch don't offload for early profits.
