    Over the 30+ years I worked in the industry reckon a couple of wells might have been TD'ed at exactly the same TD as stated in The Well Program.

    Wells drilled in cloud cuckoo land always end at the prognosed TD.
    Wells drilled in the real world a well TD is the result of a decision making process that takes into account inputs that are not accurately known at time of writing of the well program or spud.
