My main issue is with management putting out a quarterly with a clear lack of funds and then not providing any explanation to shareholders?

100% agree.

its a shame we have posters like Pizza and co, only because any rational debate on this stock gets sucked into the ethos of ego's of the LOM board. I guess the sparkle of diamonds attracts all types.

Not a lot to report but I guess if anyone is keeping up their research they would have noted the SPE court case. Not that it effects LOM directly but certainly something that needs to be noted and observed.
