At a current listed price of $2.77 and buying into the retail offer at $1.70 is a no-brainer. Even if you have no faith in the company just sell your existing holding take up the retail offer for a $1.07 profit. Only risk is if WEB shares drops below $1.70 prior to being able to sell new shares.
