why did FAR not do this when the FAR sp was between 5.8c and over 6.0c between March 21 - March 26 for instance. They could have raised at 5c instead of 4c. Just IMHO, of course.
All will be "forgiven" IF one of the two Senegal drills will be a success. Odds, of course, are against this, as usual. Time will tell and fairly soon.
But then there will still be KENYA to look forward to. One day, one day....
